I'm Karthik, founder of Skcript. Skcript runs Bello Bot, a hosted team chat where your team talks with AI bots. This page explains, in plain English, what data Bello Bot keeps and why. It covers the bellobot.app website and the Bello Bot Bot iOS app.
What we collect
- Your account email address.
- Chat messages and the attachments you send.
- Bot configuration your team sets up.
- Credentials for connectors you add. These are encrypted at rest.
- Push notification tokens, so the app can notify you.
- Usage metadata, such as when you sign in and which features you use.
Why we collect it
Only to run the service: to sign you in, show your conversations, get replies from bots, and send you notifications.
Who else sees it
- AI model providers Google, OpenAI, xAI and Anthropic receive message content so they can generate bot replies.
- TypeSafe receives message content to choose which bot replies in rooms with more than one bot.
- Bello Bot is hosted in the EU, on Hetzner in Finland.
- Email is delivered through AWS SES.
We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't use tracking SDKs.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Ask us and we'll delete it.
